Our key strategic priorities are to complete the Definitive Feasibility Study by the end of 2010, secure all the necessary governmental approvals and finalise the Mbalam Convention and secure financing terms with strategic partners. All of these are on schedule for completion by the end of 2010.

?I have made it clear that I have set a firm deadline to have all foundation agreements
required for development of the Mbalam Project to proceed in place by no later than March
2011 ? a timetable which would enable us to begin construction on schedule by the middle
of next year.
