One way of doing it might be to issue new DUET units to the Prime option holders in return for their assets. I think that the dilution suffered will be more than made up by the cash flow from these assets plus savings from bringing all the assets under one corporate platform plus the re-rating from the market from at last being a real operational business and not a hated "fund".
