Well here in Vic you could not get a licence to own a Taxi, Hotel, Motor Trader, Second-hand Dealer and maybe a few others if you weren't clean. So why could you be a Listed company director if you had a record.
Just be careful with what you find. Make sure you have the correct persons backed by proof.
