We are watching a small Southern Murchison exploration company that sits within comfortable trucking distance to Yalgoo. This explorer has approx 31 historical pits mostly mined down to end of oxide level and drilled to a modest average depth of only 41m. The project reminds me a lot of Gilbeys. Basically the gold has been discovered; the question is how large can they grow these deposits? What would be the management premium for an SL type character with the runs on the board running another exploration story such as this? They have an existing mill that TBH isn't worth much of anything, but they do have several deposits on mining permitted leases, grid power, water, 154 man camp, mess hall, offices and haul roads. That kind of project may attract someone of SL ilk to once again spin straw to gold.
