it seems to me VSun meets criteria in each of the seven points bar the ‘indigenous led project for an indigenous community’ (Point One)
And it looks as if this solar/battery project won in the last round of funding

According to the first link - dated last May - the total value of that project is $180m and “CIMIC Group company, has been appointed to deliver the 35MW one-hour battery storage system”.
One hour of storage only!??

… and $1.5m towards a project with much higher value.
Still it all counts and I’d like to think AVL IS in the running …. Especially after seeing the way tge Queensland government seems to have pulled all the stops to support vanadium and VFB batteries over there!
