    Hi calmbeforestorm, you're probably right, 2,200 per ounce CAIC is very much on the conservative side.
    I do wonder however whether you have taken into consideration expense items such as the now 5% royalty payment, project debt funding interest payments, startup capital, group corporate expense, future mine development, forward inflation expectations using a reasonable discount rate, group exploration expense, depreciation and amortisation, tax payable, contractor margins (WGX doesn't use a contractor).
    Remember AISC is a very different beast to CAIC.

    FYI WGX current FY 24 CAIC is $2,650.

    Please leave your post up as I'm sure we all like to hear differing opinions.
    SPR is by far my largest position so crossing my fingers and toes that you're correct and my numbers are way out.
    The more money Spartan earn the more cash us shareholders make.
