The Bank actually carry's out the due diligence before lending any cash. If that due diligence involves a third party then that is no problem - the Bank will have carried out due diligence on them and will use their data as required
You actually say as much in your own words - so it appears that you are arguing with yourself, seemingly tripping up on an "others can carry it out" narrative and somehow disputing that it is the Bank who is carrying out the due diligence and providing the loan
So Banks / lenders loaned Trump, did their due diligence, they actually testified to that in Court.......so your point is.....?
