Thank you, I can see you have potential and just need to be taken more seriously, just like this stock. My fault for not being very clear, I meant showing this on a chart as a forecast, let's say next 2 years ( hence the $2 title reference) and that's why I stated the figure is low with the with the potential of the US deals and milestone payments. when you invest in property it's easy to predict a future value based on numerous factors such as schools, new developments and of course demand vs supply etc etc.. I am just trying to understand this from a trading aspect and I guess I still need to know what is the right question to ask. I'll give you an example from another post, please see photo. I assume there would be many here that look at posts to find direction to do their own research, just hitchhiking till I find mine.
