Yes, I completely agree that it is a personal thing. No-one can argue with that. But people with all sorts of medical issues are , I believe, encouraged to be open and willing to discuss their issues to enable them to benefit from discussion groups and help organisations. Alcohol dependency, drug addiction, gambling problems, mental health issues, rare diseases, physical disabilities etc........and many more. The Cancer Council encourages cancer sufferers to do likewise if possible.?
