It's frustrating that the sole reason given for the suspension extensions continues to be finalising a capital raise.
if they are in discussions with one or more companies for a potential partnership for the green ammonia project, why can't they at least say potential alternative funding arrangements. That's assuming the companies have asked for discussions to be kept confidential.
Wouldn't an agreement here render the capital raising unnecessary. Then we have the IDC.
I just wish they would provide a little more information on why the suspension keeps being extended. Surely it's not just a capital raise as they keep telling us.
Even Merchant seems nervous that it might not just be a capital raise!
Probably a lot to sort out so as frustrated as I am, I am confident that "The most compelling green ammonia project globally" does have multiple parties interested, so the arrangement should be reasonable for Minbos.
