I get the feeling if it was something big like that the news would have been leaked and they would probably be required by the asx to announce that.
The most plausible bad situation I've heard would be they were in the original cap raise to get the bridging amount then got the news their IDC loan was denied so now they've been scrambling to secure the remaining funds so they don't have to do two back to back trading halts. But that's entirely speculation and doesn't really matter at the end of the day.
