As suggested last week in the meeting Coby should issue loyalty options to existing shareholders
Outstanding Shorts shares will need to be called back by a set date and shorters would have to repurchase on market or miss out on options
10. To 1 loyalty options exercisable at $10 , 3 year expiry and not to be listed ,so trading of options won’t weigh down on share price
alleviates the need going back out for a CR at a discount and plenty of funding for future R and D
