Kit ur not getting it nor it seems does anyone else . Continggent in the market parlance means " undiscovered" yes yes i know we know its there but rules say contingent is undiscovered until that word disappears. The markets are for the big boys oil especially they can wait n wait can you? . Its rigged kit unless you can wait years until its a certified resource.
