Imo the mostly likely suitor is Xinyang group. I reckon they had plans to take the whole lot eventually anyway. This may make them panic, because if they think New Hope or another is going to get a fair chunk of the Company, it may dilute their influence.
This is going to end in a major bidding war, I can see it now.
