    Yes Buddy I am aware of your good presence at PLV. And good luck with it. Subject to a couple of approvals it should be a good business.

    I too luckily increased my lot by 50% a week or so ago and that is working OK.

    CDU blablabla.....but I am hanging in there with some hope.
