Court matters do take time and you wont have an outcome until the matter is actually heard on appeal. Currently they are going through the procedural steps so the matter can be heard. The experts for both sides should have provided their evidence which is filed with the court. The next court review is in a few days being 28 March. This is a type of mention where the judge will see where the matter is at and will decide the next steps for the parties to undertake to bring the matter to a hearing. As this is an appeal there is no new evidence to provide so If the judge is satisfied that all material is before the court the judge may order for a hearing date where the parties can be heard and provide their arguments and then the judge will decide that matter.
We should know shortly after the 28th as to what will be happening as the judge will make further orders moving the matter along and this will be announced to the market.
Hopefully a hearing date is set. Once the matter is heard the judge will make his/her judgment and orders. This still can take some time after the hearing so I don't see this matter being finalised in the next few months. It could be but I doubt it.
