Ann: MMA Offshore Enters Into Scheme Implementation Deed, page-30

This ann and the lead up to it is a disgrace. Our BOD has been negotiating this for close on 6 months. No ann to owners that an approach to purchase has been made in that time. Simply one that states we are subject to a Scheme (great word that) Implementation Deed agreed to by the board. Speaks volumes about the total absence of respect our management and board has for MRM's shareholders.
The ASX should be right onto this.
And agreed with so many other posters here that the bid undervalues MRM's ownership of a modern high quality fleet so desperately required by various and many offshore projects which points to huge future earnings potential.
