That was a typo. Should have been 1.1925 (which was the iceberg) so the buyer had no idea of the strength of the selling market that was being purchased. If the iceberg was 100,000 then the trade may not have been entered into. A genuine seller at 1.195 would have to wait for the iceberg to be filled before selling.
