re: Ann: Media Release/2010 Annual Report and... can't agree more. the workers were probably having a good laugh about how much holdiay they got, if your payslip says 300 hours leave, who'd challenge it ? its ok MD saying "we might go 50:50" - why should it come out of company profits ? its not a "mistake", its incompetence of & at the highest level. territory's got a terrible reputation (right or wrong) and this just reinforces it in most people's minds.
