I was suspicious that finance weren’t in order when they insisted on only holding an online AGM!
Another company pulled this stunt on me when it was it going backwards.
There was nothing preventing WHK allowing shareholders to hold meeting in their premises.
Unfortunately, the Corp Act didn’t make the hybrid meeting as the default, yet it allows holding purely online
AGM online for financial hardship.
It even mention making a request to ASIC to get approval to hold only online AGM.
