Don't you just love the activity again on the FAR threads?Nice to hear from some of the heavy weights like Dexter too. Cant wait to see Plugged and Zann's take on things.

A couple of other points for you and others to digest too.

Firstly, the Yanks brushed away another smelly jobs report last night, indicating sentiment (the driver of all markets) is on the up again.

Oil stacked on another $1 which will send more speculative money our way and as you correctly pointed out, the original post has already had a squillion hits, so interest in ME's minnow is huge.

The only danger for the short sighted traders here, is a run for the exits too early. Aussies are well known for "buying the rumour" and "selling the fact" and I would suggest prices may not explode to the upside quite so soon after we see the good news on Monday.
Smart money IMO will sit on the sidelines and let the dust settle before heaving in in a slightly more orderly fashion.
Classic move during the week will go something like this.
An early jump, buying eases and the fear of not locking in profits (or break evens) will put pressure back on the sellers. Price will then soften and the smart money will be there with their wheel barrows. Prices will the slowly and relentlessly climb.

Oh, and as for a cap raising GoodOil.

Bahh.

Even 250 large at 4c would be loose change required for digging a whopping great hole in the ocean floor.
I reckon we're in for a "gimmee a little bit of yours" and "you can have a little bit of ours" scenario.


The length of the wait has possibly watered down the enthusiasm here, but make no mistake, whatever ME has pulled off, its a massive win for the patient and the loyal.

I cannot wait till Monday!
