The MIN announcement mentions LJ will be a Li HUB & the massive MILL will be converted to Li production and still used for other byproducts ie Ni Co Mn Cu AU as already discovered in large abundance at LJ.
MIN has agreed to pay a small royalty to POS which equates to $3Mpa at base rate going up to $12Mpa if production reaches Nova levels or 10% of Tanqui levels by IGO
If so that would be around $900Mpa revenues for MIN from POSs LJ MILL/MINES.
What you MIN holders dont realise is the amount and scale LJ represents for POS or MIN nor the investment POS has spent on LJ since 2014 nor the cost LJ incurred to build & develope it byLionOre and Norilsk.
Try $1,400M buddy, forget the pathetic lowball $15M in this cheapskate deal with POS.
The 10 buildings and airstrip alone are a cost of $15M forget the large JORC resources, 1.5MTpa MASSIVE MILL & 3 built MINES nor that high grade Ni mine at EA of 4.1% of 14KT & that Abi Rose new ore body which famous geo Hutchinson jumping with joy declared was a WSA Flying Fox mine but horizontal.
Norilsk spent alone $6.3B buying the LioOre assets in WA and then spent another $1,700M developing and upgrading them with staff camps, buildings airstrip roads, MILL MINE refurbishments. See here-
