@LD99 if you were in talks with a few unloved fund managers and had prior knowing of their upcoming entries and exits of positions would that give you an unfair advantage of having insider knowledge allowing you to ride or dodge a wave caused by said fund managers movements?

And if a fund manager was found to be using fund money to cause said wave in spite how easily could this be proven?

It seems to me fund managers have been given ultimate power without ultimate responsibility showing just how cowardly they really are. Of course the clients only worry is profit but for a fund manager to admittedly use the millions if not hundreds of million of other people's grouped funds to create chaos in a market is a disgusting practice that will be stopped
