I was going to write the same comment Stagman .

The time discount would make these farms worth considerably less on the open market compared to the other farms .

They would be worth a bit more to NKP ,being contiguous to their other farms ,but not that significant .

NKP wont need to pay much for these .

The main advantage in owning them is to add extra life to an already massive resource ,that a company like Xstrata always like to own .
