It will be very interesting to see what these areas can deliver. There seems to some contention about what is within, on the edge, or outside of the alkaline complex. If we find the centre plots have no reason to demand a premium, then the implications for foxfire will be great indeed.
It reminds me of a birthday party. There two cakes.One is delicious but is almost finished. The other is the gluten free option, of which plenty remains but nobody has said if it's any good or not yet.
I think the rising tide will lift all boats. As things stand VMM looks to my inexperienced eyes to be the most undervalued, but we will see soon enough. Hopefully as all the answers are drilled out the uncertainty will vanish and everyone can find their "true" price, way above where they are all sitting now.
