That's the whole basis of my concern.
MAY's account show this money as part of their cash on hand? How is that even legal?
Almost every JV I've ever seen has proportionate cash provided up front and I've NEVER seen a minority partner funding everything up front.
As for the comment about 'can't pay' I've never suggested that. It's more the commercial and political aspects of having a minority jv partner in control in a Communist country. There's a very significant political risk attached to Cuba IMO.
I'm happy if it works out, I want them to succeed but I starting to have a bad feeling about this.
