Not sure why folks feel the need to make new threads here for a simple question, apart from getting maximum attention. Always makes me a bit suss, when could have asked on the charting thread?

A lot of BS has been spread on these boards lately. I really enjoyed watching Dr Nina Webster’s interview with Pitt Street posted by @Wasabi193 on the DXB media thread on the weekend. I’m reposting this, because it is a great interview & there are a couple of ‘gold nuggets’ in that.

Personally, I think the USA deal will come before China, Paediatric patients now on the trial, that’s a really big thing. Don’t discount it. Giving systemic steroids to kids & MAbs off label (ie Ritux). We’ll probably get a new one today saying they are friends with a Paediatric Nephrologist.

Then there are other potential nephrotic diseases under the CKD umbrella. So I don’t think an actual takeover is off the cards, or further drug development. It’s just that a small Aussie biotech can’t possibly trial every CKD indication at once, dependent on funding.
