I think the situation is in the boardroom itself as most of them know what is about to happen but not all of them can keep their mouths shut so it drips down to family members and friends and then friends of friends then before you know it this chaotic buying frenzy happens. Admittedly there are sellers as well but they don't have too many brains, I'll leave it at that. Damn it at 96 I seem to keep repeating myself.
