The word on HC (from some other forum he posts on) is that he lost BIG $$$ trading a while ago, so is now too scared to actually buy any of the stocks he posts on. Given the state of his "charting" (and I use the word in the loosest possible sense), it's probably best that he doesn't trade. If in doubt, search his posting history - he spends all day on HC downramping every stock under the sun just to get attention. Put him on ignore (I have), and the world is immediately a nicer place.
