    Nice summary Maddoc.

I previously posted that at last shareholders meeting VIL advised that it will get an estimated $150 - $200,000 cash from PASS merger. (PASS must have paid some bills.)

Heaps of juniors do not have the potential that VIL has. Most have no income at all whereas VIL has approx $1 mil per annum, with potential to double that just from their existing two producing wells.

FP1 is not dead yet. Operator is still working on it.

It wont take much to get VIL to .05c if Bongo or FP1 (or FP2) produce the goods. Then we still have other assets.

VIL SP has been battered by a sequence of events, the most significant being when rampers pushed it to .095c and then smashed it.

Bongo alone (look at CAZA's SP) has potential for VIL SP to go for a substantial run. Except for the negativity of HC posters, maybe it would have.

A sell down of assets, including the possible farming out/in a percentage of FP to an operator would overcome the much feared cap raising. Giving 22% to an operator would give VIL 50% free carried at FP. I for one would be happy with that.

If .014c proves to be the low and the market comes to realize this, support will grow and we can all start smiling again.

IMHO now is the time to show some goolies and average down. I know it is hard to throw money at a stock that one is behind on but ya gotta try something. This is not advice, just my thoughts. Do your own research. Run your own race.

    Miki
