Let's guess that after all the ins and outs there's a couple of hundred thousand left over each year, what multiple do you apply to that and how much will someone lend you on that income.

We already know that they are asking (that's asking, not received, no takers yet??) USD 1.2 mio and the typical advertising commission is 25 to 30%, let's be generous 25%, building lease USD 250 to 500 thousand, insurance, power, maintenance etc. etc.
Let's assume that that leaves them AUD 250,000 to 300,000 @ 0.76c

What then?
