doesn’t take a genius to understand before every significant rerate the stock is always pulled back and released. The stacking in the 8cents area tells you that they will soak and stack and when PPSA comes release the chains and accumulate further. It’s all a trading strategy how you going to accumulate millions of shares without paying significantly more?
