I would assume most of the buying is so people can increase their allocation to buy shares at 2.7c from the current offer. Also the agreement with OSY is some indication there perhaps is still a current profitable business. Of course a lot of people are burnt here. Next couple of quarterlies will tell the picture. In a nutshell you have a broke company with 11m in stock about to raise close to 3 million in cash by diluting a company by a third. Ultimately you are punting on OSY Group more than Zoono as Zoono is reliant on them to clear the inventory stock and convert to $$$. I have done a little bit of research into OSY. Seems like a start up but have recently won some government funding from awards.
