Why in the H..ll would you want a partner that will be wanting a large share of our 80% ? Not here to be in a 3 way split ! If we have a partner then we could loose the opportunity to grow the company to something substantial and give us a better SP and better returns for our money..... As well as looking at possible dividends in the future.
It also opens us up for possible takeover and the possibility of loosing our permits.
If we build this company to something substantial then it is possible that we can expand our operations to other parts of Africa or beyond. There is no reason why we couldn't buy our own rig and deploy it where needed.
I think some here are very short sighted!!
