Last time Scott put more money into the company apart from directors fees turned into shares in 2020, it was an on market buy in October 2018, when he bought 150,000 shares at 4.7c/sh. Since then he has earned a salary of currently $385K per year, yet managed to fob off the question about directors participation in the cap raise.
I'm disappointed Matt let him get away with such a poor answer to the question about director participation in the cap raise. The follow up questions should surely have been about the
perception given to the market that the directors didn't think it was worth participating in the raise and hence why the further fall in SP since that time.
Do we have a company where none of the directors understand market sentiment and perceptions, or do they just not believe enough in the project to lead from the front?
Scott asks to be taken on 'trust' that the well will flow, the numbers look good etc, which is why they can't give more information to the market because of commercial ...blah, blah, blah. Yet what the market and potential investors see are lots of words, not actual firm numbers and not reaching into their own pockets.
Scott acquired most of his shares as 'vendor' shares when Invictus bought the project, with bucket loads of 'performance rights' added on top.
@JRIPodcast I'm disappointed that you decided not to mention
the perception of directors true feelings about this investment, because of lack of them putting in dollars, that have been paid to them by shareholders, back into the company.
I'm fairly sure the SP would be between 10-12c right now if the directors had bothered to dig into their own pockets to purchase a decent percentage of their rights, which would make selling the rest of the issue much easier..
All IMHO of course..
