i have seen some snap shot of app. at that time.
not defending but before 18 months there were not much user so imo they wouldn't have enhanced the app.
i haven't seen the app but has to believe myself that they would have enhanced the app because now they have customers and it will uptake the usage.
so it would make some sense at that time they didn't spend much cash in enhancing the app without customers and diverted cash in others priority project development
