It was once available - the outer west of Sydney to the Hawkesbury, (they complain now about flooding - which made the land so arable) now subdivided for housing, probably the same in other states as well, it's already shifted to places like the artificially created Murray/Darling continuous and false water supply area.
The bottom line is if you build a house on top of the orchard then don't expect too many oranges next season.
