It will be some garbage excuse which really is for working capital, "Expand to accommodate for manufacturing costs" they expand so much, it costs more to do the work than get paid. We keep bleeding cash because they get a job that pays $500K and it costs $750k to do the job. They sell a machine, it probably costs more to get it up and running.
I haven't bothered to look at the latest presentation, are they still going on about the panama chock or whatever it was.
