Yes they had a "pilot plant" in Germany. It was a container with some equipment that Frey needed to do some testing and finetuning of the so called "Ecograph patentedprcess". So they only had to ship the container to Australia, drop it somewhere, where you have water and electricity connection and you are ready to run and issue a fluffy ann,
The place is secret so that nobody can go there to recognize it is the old german container from Frey.
