Stop-outs fortunately are part of tight disciplined trading parameters so it is a good thing in the bigger picture, just a little distasteful initially, but you certainly know all that!

To the point, simply an alternate consideration for you if you're not already aware, that is if your entry in CUE was direct leveraged access to the Jeruk2 discovery, is the warrant STOWMG, (MQB Apr05 950call).

I momentum traded CUE four times on the way up, once on the way down, & happy with the results but as far as leveraged sleeping access to the Jeruk 2 discovery just in case it is what the market talk is, then I have preference for this instrument.

I may be incorrect but I believe that ABN AMRO have calculated a value of $1/sh to STO for a discovery of 290mmboe, whilst market innuendo, (half tonne of salt required), is that the oil column may be up to 450m(!) & greater than 350mmboe. Also rumoured that testing difficulties may lead to a further delay of up to ten weeks before definitive results can be released to the market.

I have not taken a position yet, am waiting when/if outside variables bring STO back to 792c-807c so can keep entry @/sub 10c ... (Optimist!)

I'm sure you can do the calcs if results come out before mid/late February with compressed momentum on the f/p ...

Extreme leverage, guaranteed liquidity, the insurance of two good quarterlies if you stay longer than you should but only for the hardcore!! ...
