You forgot to mention his Chair and CEO role at NSB while Chair and CEO at PAR. Unbelievable at the time and laughable now given what has transpired, including granting of options to restore destroyed value.
Uppercut to oneself for not bailing at the NSB debacle - it was right in front of me.
Throw in another uppercut for not bailing when Marco left after a few months.
