The problem i see emerging here if the Scheme falls
Why would the scheme fall? There are only a bunch of boilerplate conditions. The only MACs relate to EBITDA going backwards and loss of certification of the ships.
This isn't a tyre kicking thing it's a deal on the table for shareholders to either vote for or reject.
