$100m market cap at 7c.... hard to see the share price going above 30c. I don't see a partner in the project buying a stake in the project based on the expected NPV. It will probably sell at a premium to current market price, but won't be a significant premium. So a large stake of equity will go to partner and $40m in equity to POSCO at sub 10c, plus another equity raise to fund project. It's just really hard to see the SP go back to the 30's.
