So they are "Free" but they will have to pay to exercise them or they'll just go away and will not have any affect on shareholders?
and if they do decide to exercise the options (pay money) it will be when the share price is likely more than double what it is now, the company will receive the funds and the directors will have more skin in the game ie. more to lose financially.
