Just because the SP is not doing well now, does not mean that it is SMs fault....... Many here gain from a lower SP.

SM has put his Blood, Sweat and Tears into IVZ for over 10 years...... Day traders playing with our SP and bringing it down lately, should be stopped..... But that requires investors to do something about it not necessarily the MD.

SM needs to concentrate in the Longterm and keep moving the company forward....... It will not be in a straight line, but he must persevere and continue the hard-fought journey.

It is a lot easier for investors to just buy some shares and hope the SP goes up and make a profit without actually doing the work...... Please be fair.
