As per 21 March, the short position of SYR has declined to ~13% (still high) from recent high of 19% (18.63% to be precise- second photo from shortman), however we'll see once CR completed and US loan approved with new Tesla agreement completed for 45kpta expansion, the short position will start covering. In terms of First Sentier, it is short seller and I know their affiliation with WBT, BOE. They borrow shares from Mitsubishi (MUFJ) for short selling
