I agree it's not looking great at the moment but people need to calm their farm, there is no project in Australia I'm aware of that hasn't had problems and massive delays getting the EPA approval through lately. Carna you say that it was the EPA that has been waiting on VRX responses but do you actually know what those responses were, and whether they can provide an instant answer or actually require further data collection (likely) and report revisions that take significant periods of time? BCI are in a similar situation and they have far more resources to throw at the problem than VRX
