I thought it was very professionally done. The so called issues of corporate governance were contrived drivel. The removed director David Ward was an appointee of Bacchus Resources who have a terrible reputation - see recent articles in the Herald about them having to withdraw PEPRs and who likely now wanted to get their hands on our huge litigation win thanks to Bronwyn.
IDA also successfully managed to recently remove Richard Maish who was another Bacchus appointee so they are really cleaning up the muck and getting their act together. Brilliant outcome for holders and brilliantly done
