The March surrender demands you refere to occured AFTER Putin further invaded Ukraine, this was a full on invasion in additiona to the initial invasion of Ukraine by Putin in 2014, 5 years before Zelensky entered politics, thus giving irrefutable evidence that the Putins failed idiot war and all of it's consequences are the sole blame of putin.
