Not sure a pre-planned meeting requiring submissions to the panel was 11th hour unless the mining secretary arranged it with 2 hours notice?
Should JZ have informed shareholders, some will say yes, some no, I am not getting into semantics regarding something we have no control or input over, I'll leave that and the conspiracy theories to Piers123.
Interesting that other Lithium companies were invited to submit objections and none received, read into that what you want.
The market will decide either way.
